Lovely Double Bedroom Living Suite in the heart of Balham

Hi everyone!

We have a DOUBLE BEDROOM PLUS LIVING SUITE available in a three-bedroom top/second floor flat located in a quiet close just 5 minutes away from BALHAM Station and a stone's throw from the centre of town. We are looking for a female working professional who would enjoy sharing a house with very friendly and considerate flatmates.

We are looking for someone to move into our lovely flat from Sunday 2nd November.

The room is furnished with a double bed, 2 sofas for your own lounge space, bedside table and room for lots of storage space/desks! This is a spacious double bedroom with plenty of natural light.

There is no separate living room but the room comes with its own lounge and the kitchen is large with lots of storage, a fridge/freezer, dining table, washing machine. We are both very busy and do our own thing but happy to have a chat and a drink together from time to time.

The flat has lots of storage with three inbuilt cupboards in the hallway and wooden flooring throughout. The toilet is separate from the bathroom which is very handy if someone is in the shower, especially in the morning!

5 MINUTES WALKING distance to Balham Station - Northern Line for quick access to central London and National Rail services to Clapham Junction and Victoria. Tooting Bec, Wandsworth and Clapham Commons are all within 20 minutes walk away, so there is plenty of green space nearby.

BILLS INCLUDED in the total monthly rent cost and is a rare steal for the location.

Please note there will be a one-time additional admin fee of £50 paid to the estate agents for admin costs should we proceed.

You would be sharing with 2 working professionals, one female and one male; Abbie is a project coordinator and Tom is an airline pilot. We are very friendly and tidy; our flat is a home, so we always keep it very clean. And that's very important to us!
