A double room is coming free in our spacious flat near Balham/Clapham South at the start of October.

The flat:
• Super bright with loads of storage
• Great kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & separate dryer
• Comfy living room with a couple of sofas
• Balcony (facing the sunset for some gorgeous evening views)
• Separate toilet and shower (always handy!)
• Bills usually come to about £150–200pcm

Location:
• Quiet, chilled area but close enough to everything
• About 15 minutes’ walk to Balham & Clapham South stations (Northern Line), and there’s a bus from out the front taking you to Balham in a couple of stops
• Short stroll to both Tooting Common & Clapham Common – ideal for a run or a wander

Who you’ll be living with:
You’d be sharing with one flatmate (accountant, easy-going, been living here a couple of years). Friendly but we both do our own thing too, so the flat has a nice relaxed vibe. Landlord is really laid back – the contract’s up for renewal in Feb.

Rent: £1050pcm + bills

Ideal move in date is around the weekend of the 4th/5th October, but I can be flexible a week either side!
