We are looking for someone to take over a double room in our flat!
The flat is a bright, and homely with an open-plan kitchen/living area. It has a private garden that’s perfect for BBQs, dinners with friends, and relaxing. There is also a spare room you can make use of if friends stay over.
The room itself has a double bed with plenty of storage underneath, plus a skylight and glass door opening straight onto the garden, so you’ll get loads of natural light! It is mainly unfurnished, so you will have space to bring your own desk, cloth hanger, etc.
The flat has two bathrooms – one with a bath/shower and toilet, the other with a shower and toilet – so you’ll never be waiting around in the mornings.
We’re a chilled household and like to keep the flat as a proper home. We enjoy cooking, having the occasional dinner or BBQ. Both of us are active and outdoorsy – into trekking, climbing, running and generally making the most of weekends. The flat is our peaceful base, and we’d love to find someone who values that balance: friendly and sociable, but also respectful and easy-going.
Location is great – walking distance to Balham station, with plenty of pubs, cafes, gyms, and Tooting Common nearby for green space.
Rent: £1200 pcm + bills (around £150 pcm )
Move-in: from 24/09/2025
