We have a double room available in our flat!
The flat is a bright, and homely with an open-plan kitchen/living area. It has a private garden that’s perfect for BBQs, dinners with friends, and relaxing.
The room has a double bed with plenty of storage underneath, plus a skylight and glass door opening straight onto the garden, so you’ll get loads of natural light! It is semi unfurnished, only missing a desk.
The flat has two bathrooms – one with a bath/shower and toilet, the other with a shower and toilet – so you’ll never be waiting around in the mornings.
We’re a chilled household and like to keep the flat as a proper home. We enjoy cooking, having the occasional dinner or BBQ. Both of us are active and outdoorsy – into trekking, climbing, running and generally making the most of weekends. The flat is our peaceful base, and we’d love to find people who values that balance: friendly and sociable, but also respectful and easy-going.
Location is great – walking distance to Balham station, with plenty of pubs, cafes, gyms, and Tooting Common nearby for green space.
Rent: £1200 pcm + bills (around £150 pcm, which includes a cleaner )
Move-in: from 08/11/2025
Looking for a long term flatmates, but open to short (so get in contact anyway).
