The shared living space includes a large six-seater dining table, a modern kitchen and living room space with a TV. The house has good WiFi and access to a private and well-loved pretty garden with a seated area and BBQ (perfect for summer). Great location near the high street, the station, the park, the gym and swimming pool.

Your future housemate is called Anna, who currently works from home (going into the office two days a week). We are looking for someone who is highly respectful and who enjoys a pristine clean and tidy home. Ideally, friendly and passionate about food and nature, who loves quiet and peaceful evenings, and can move in from the 1st November.

Bills are included with the rent and annually increased. Room rate £1,330 per calendar month with 5 weeks deposit in advance.
