The flat is in a perfect location, situated on a quiet residential road just around the corner from The Bedford, and is less than a 5 minute walk to Balham station (Northern Line + National Rail). There are so many lovely pubs, cafes, restaurants on our doorstep as well as a big Sainsbury’s being a 5 min walk away! An added bonus is the short walk to Tooting Common which is perfect for walks, runs, and picnics in summer!
It features a lovely open plan kitchen/living room, with one of the sofas being a sofa bed - this has been perfect for hosting a couple of friends or family from time to time.
We like to keep the flat clean and tidy so it is important we find someone respectable of this

You’ll be living with Katie (26), who works in medical communications, and Eve (24), who works in insurance. We all met through spareroom and both girls are very friendly and sociable, keen for chats in the flat while balancing their own lives in London.

I have loved my time living here, with the only reason I am moving out after 3.5 years being to move in with my boyfriend. I couldn’t recommend this flat enough.
Rent is £885 excluding bills, which on average come to about £100 pp per month. A deposit of £962 is also required. Move in date would be 9th/10th November.
We deal directly with the landlady who is brilliant - always very responsive and helpful whenever we contact her. References will be required to take over the room, and this can take anywhere up to 2-3 weeks, so we are keen to find the right person as soon as possible!
