Double Bedroom in Heart of Balham

Double bedroom available in a 4-bedroom flat for a short term let until the end of of October or on a 6-month lease with possibility to extend. The flat itself is quite old but the location is fantastic, on Hildreth St (pedestrian street with cafes and shops), right between Sainsbury’s, Aldi, and Waitrose (1 minute walk to any of the three), a 2 minute walk to Balham Station (for Northern Line and Rail Services), and loads of shops, restaurants, and bars all around.

The bedroom has a double bed with mattress, a small desk and set of drawers, some wall mounted shelves, and a large walk in closet for storage.

There is no living room but there is a kitchen with all amenities (oven/electric stove, air fryer, toaster, kettle, microwave). Fridge and freezer are shared with one other flatmate (the other two flatmates have a separate fridge and freezer). There is one bathroom which is shared between everyone with great water pressure and hot water in the shower.
