Double bedroom 2 mins walk from Balham station available in November. £834 a month excluding bills.

The flat:
We have a 3 bed, top floor flat only a 2-minute walk from the station. There’s a bright open-plan kitchen / living room and sizeable garden which we make full use of in the summer! We’re also within easy walking distance of both Wandsworth and Tooting commons.

The room that’s up for grabs is a small double but we have a spare room that you can put a desk in for wfh and can be used for extra storage. The flat is an absolute steal as we’ve been here four years and have a great relationship with the landlord.

Your potential flatmates:
Connor - 27, Accountant. Enjoys the odd pub trip and watching most sports on the weekend. Likes exploring new restaurants around London. Poor darts player.

Raj – 29, consultant. Either cooking, eating or chatting about places he wants to eat at. Pretty into sport, too fragile for rugby now so it’s mostly golf and running.

We met through SpareRoom but we’re good mates who have a solid balance of hanging out and having our own space. Both got our own socials going on so will often be out and about during the week but when we're at home, we spend most of our time hanging out in the living room, cooking, and disagreeing over what to watch.
