Hey!
We’re looking for a girlie to join is in our four bed in Balham as our housemate is sadly moving out to live with her boyfriend! It’s currently me and two lovely guys (James and Isaac) and we wanna keep the 50/50 balance.
Room: small double bed with chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table
Rent: £660+ bills (about £100 a month ish)
Location: 8min walk from Balham (tube national rail and buses, shops, bars, restaurants)5min walk from Tooting common, and Tooting Bec and Wandsworth and Clapham commons are easily reached too!
House: we have a (SW-facing!) garden!! Separate dining room, living room and kitchen, and theres a small office we share. There’s two toilets with one bath/shower.
Housemates: we all have our own lives and friends in London but we do end up watching tv together and cook each other dinner pretty often. It’s a fun, relaxed house and we love the vibe we have going on at the moment!
Angharad: 27, working hybrid in software, loves crafting and befriending the neighbours
Isaac: 29, works in the office 5 days a week in TV, likes gigs, pubs and books
James: 27, works mostly in the office in renewable energy, loves running and cooking.
We’re looking for someone 26-32 who’s looking to become friends, joining in with watching trashy TV (currently it’s MAFS ofc), house dinners, pub trips and house cleaning :)
