En-suite room in a spacious flat. The development is a 10-15 walk to either Balham or Clapham South. A quick cycle to Brixton as well. On a quite residential street between Clapham and Tooting commons.
The room has immense storage with 2.5 built in wardrobes with hanger space and drawers. There's a front facing window and a private en-suite bathroom.
Flat has decent hallway space that includes even more storage space with a long coat rack, shoe cupboards and utility closets. The large living room with balcony attached (1st floor),includes a TV with surround sound and turntable which makes for a nice place to relax or host. Kitchen comes equipped with dishwasher(!), oven/hob, microwave, air fryer and washer/dryer. There are tons of dishes, cutlery and other appliances.
There's a smaller spare room / office that's useful for guests to visit. There's also parking but I'm not certain of the details.
Bills not included. Power, broadband, council tax are monthly and are around £150. Water is paid biannually. The lease term is 24 months, but it's only £50 to break when finding a replacement tenant. You'd be replacing a previous tenant on a new lease and will need to go through referencing with the estate agents.

About me: I'm a software developer from the USA who currently WFH full time but that's changing in the near future. I'm really into music, film and literature - pretty nerdy about all three. I play football at least once a week and spend a lot of time out and about enjoying the city.
