Two double rooms available in Balham flat ✨

I’m looking for someone to take over two double rooms in a lovely 3-bed semi-terraced flat in Balham from around 10th November (date potentially flexible).

The flat has just been through a huge refurb so the pics are slightly out of date - everything will be brand new incl. kitchen, bathrooms, beds, wardrobes, sofas etc. I’ve lived at the flat for 2y and love living here.

The flat is an 8 mins walk from Balham station and 5 mins from Wandsworth Common and on a quiet residential street.

I am ideally looking for someone aged between 27-33 who works full time and is either in a hybrid role or in the office so there is some balance between work and home life, and who is also tidy and respectful and is looking for a home rather than just a house.

I’m fairly social so would love to share with people who want to hang out of an evening but is also equally happy to do their own thing.

The rooms are both good size double bedrooms with double wardrobes, and the flat has a decent amount of storage space.
