I’m looking for someone to replace me in our friendly Balham home. The house is conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from Clapham South, Balham, and Streatham Hill stations.
🛏️ The Room: The room is spacious and comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table.
🏡 The Housemates: You’ll be sharing with three great girls — Jasmin (29), Denise (30) and Emily (32). The house has a friendly, chilled vibe.
The girls have a mix of working from home and going into the office, so they appreciate a clean, tidy, and respectful house environment. On weekends, you’ll often find them drinking wine, at the gym, or playing tag rugby. They’re hoping to find someone who’ll fit in well — friendly, considerate, and easy-going.
💷 Rent & Bills:
Rent: £741 per month
Bills: £120 per month (includes council tax, water, electricity, gas, and internet)
Parking: Street parking available via council permit
📅 Contract & Move-In:
Contract runs until 18th February 2026 (with option to renew)
Move-in date: 24th November 2025
Must have permanent employment and Right to Rent in the UK for referencing
