The location is in a quiet tree-lined road, 5 min walk from Balham High Street and the station (both overland and underground Northern Line).

The flat is 2 min from the park with swimming pool, tennis courts and the Balham sports centre is just around the corner too. Easy travel to the nearby St Georges Hospital.

Your future housemate is Kamila, who is completing her teacher training, likes sports and is French.
