Room going in our Balham house share

Hey everyone! One of our housemates sadly can’t move in anymore, so we’re on the lookout for someone new to join our lovely 4-girl house in Balham from 27th October 🏡

You’d be living with us – 3 girls (2 English, 1 Irish), all 25, who are sociable, friendly, and love a mix of chilled nights in with wine & movies as well as heading out to the pub!

The house is a spacious 3-storey with 2 living rooms and a big kitchen – plenty of space for cooking, hanging out, and the occasional evening of entertaining💃

Rent is £912 pcm and you’d need to sign onto the tenancy. Deposit £1341

The room fits a double bed and would be best suited to someone who doesn’t WFH as a desk won’t fit in the room.
