Double Room - Balham

Hi! I’m Abby, and I’m on the hunt for a new flatmate ☺️

I live in a lovely two-bedroom flat in Balham with a big garden — perfect in the summer, and it gives the place a bright, open feel all year round. The flat has a spacious kitchen and lounge area and is less than a 10-minute walk from both Balham and Clapham South stations.

A bit about me. I’ve lived in London for many years, so I’m pretty settled here with a great group of friends. I love heading to the pub, dinner parties, long walks, and the occasional big night out — though I also enjoy a cosy night in just as much.

I have to go in to work every day, so the flat is ideal for someone who works from home during the week. I have a fairly busy job, so weekdays are usually quiet for me, but I like to make the most of my weekends!

I’d love to find someone who’s easy-going, and up for hanging out occasionally — maybe a post-work drink or a Sunday walk.
