Hey, we are looking for someone to take the final room (en suite) in a gorgeous, newly renovated 3-bed Balham flat! ✨
We have lived in the flat for two years previously and have loved living there, as it’s super spacious, the location is excellent (being 5 min walk from Wandsworth common and 8 min walk from Balham) and the landlord is great.
The move in date is around mid-Nov - but potentially flexible as there’s some final renovation bits to be done as the landlord is kitting the flat out with brand new furniture!
About us:
We are two young professionals aged 27 to 30. We are active, good-humoured and sociable. We love a night in front of the tv or cooking together as much as drinks, live music, ticking a restaurant off our London bucket list, or doing something wholesome, creative or outdoorsy. We are both fairly chilled, but like to keep a clean, cosy space.
What we are looking for:
We are ideally looking for someone aged between 27-33 who works full time and is either in a hybrid role or in the office so there is some balance between work and home. We’d love to find someone who is also tidy and respectful and is looking for a home rather than just a flat. 🏡
About the flat:
The flat has been newly renovated (please excuse the mix of renovation-in-progress and old flat pics). It still needs a few finishing touches but it’s been renovated to such a high standard with storage space maximised. The carpets, floors, kitchen and bathrooms are all brand new. The kitchen comes with a washer machine and dryer, large dishwasher, large cupboard each and loads of storage room for kitchen appliances, etc.
The living room will have brand new sofas, coffee table, and dining table, etc.
About the room:
The room will come with a bed (with under bed storage space), large double wardrobes, brand new en-suite (with underfloor heating), desk, etc.
Rent: £1,300/month
Bills: around £80/month
Deposit: tbc
