Large double en-suite in friendly house

Looking for someone to replace me for 2 months in a really friendly house. The room is extremely spacious with lots of storage, and is ideally located in a quiet neighbourhood with great connections to Clapham and Balham, and next to beautiful Tooting Common. The room comes with a desk, double bed, wardrobes and its own en-suite. The house itself is huge, with a reception room, cosy living room, large kitchen, study, garden and outhouse with an awesome pool table. The flatmates and 3 guys and 2 girls who are just the loveliest. We never much respect each others space, but the flatmates are always up for movie nights, pub drinks and quizzes.

It’s extremely important the person moving in fits this vibe, and is tidy and respectful of shared areas. Please message a bit about yourself and we can organise a time to meet the flatmates and view the house.
