The house is super cosy and feels like a real home. It’s fully equipped and has:

✨ A private back garden (perfect for BBQs and wine in the summer!)

Room is unfurnished but you are able to purchase the existing furniture from the outgoing tenant.

💡 Bills are approx. £140 /month (including fortnightly cleaner for shared spaces)
🌱 We also chip in for gardening 2–3 times a year

📆 Looking for someone who can commit to at a tenancy until 13th September 2026

You’d be living with Julie (26, works in tech), Keely (26, works in HR) and Astrid (23, works in tech) We’re both friendly, sociable and love a good post-work catch-up in the kitchen, but we keep things pretty chilled during the work week. The vibe is homely, respectful, and warm. We’re always up for shared meals, the occasional wine night, or a movie in the living room 🥰

We’re looking for likeminded people who want to join in and treat this place as a home, not just a rental.
