I’m sadly moving out of my lovely, friendly Balham home and looking for someone to fill my room!
It is a 4 bedroom house on Hydethorpe Road in Balham. It has;
• 4 double bedrooms
• Lounge
• Kitchen/diner
• 2 full bathrooms
• Garden
• 10 min walk to tube/shops/bars
• £865

This is exclusive of bills which are roughly an additional £130-150 pcm including a bi-weekly cleaner.

The move in date will be 16th November.

You’ll be living with:

Keiran - I'm 29, from New Zealand and work in advertising. I work hybrid two days from home a week. I'm fairly active through the week, and love getting out and about in London and Europe on the weekends.

Dani - I'm 29 from New Zealand and work in Professional Cricket - working hybrid from home and the office. During the week I play club netball, love an after work activity, and extended weekends somewhere warm.

Ben - I'm 30, I work in cricket television, generally hybrid (two days a week in office) but with a lot of international travel so am often away - always keen for a pint when on home soil!


It’s a tidy, friendly house, looking for a new housemates who would be up for grabbing a pint (joining in on our Balham pub trips) as well as having their own things too :)
