✨I’m looking for someone to take over my spacious double room in our friendly Balham home. The house is a 4-bed house with garden located a 15-minute walk from Clapham South, Balham, and Streatham Hill stations.

🛏️ The Room:The room comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table. There is also plenty of space for a desk in the room if you would like to work from home.

🏡 The Housemates:You’ll be sharing with three great girls — Jasmin (29), Denise (30) and Emily (32). The house has a friendly, chilled vibe.
The girls have a mix of working from home and going into the office. On weekends, you’ll often find them drinking wine, at the gym, or playing tag rugby. They’re hoping to find someone who will fit into the house — friendly, considerate, and easy-going.

💷 Rent & Bills:
Rent: £741 per month
Bills: £120 per month (includes council tax, water, electricity, gas, and internet)
Parking: Street parking available via council permit

📅 Contract & Move-In:
Contract runs until 18th February 2026, at which point the girls plan to renew the contract for the next year.
Move-in date: 24th November 2025
(Need to have permanent employment and Right to Rent in the UK for referencing).
