I’m looking for a working professional to swap into my room in a 3 bed flat in Balham, joining two very lovely 27 year old gals (who are excited to welcome someone new to the flat)!

They are looking for someone who is sociable, friendly, tidy and also a working professional.

The flat has a large terrace, separate kitchen to living room/dining area (both spacious), and 1 shared bathroom.

The available bedroom has two large windows and is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

Details below:
- Rent: £1100 per month, plus bills. Rent will increase in May 2026 to £1133 per month.
- Available from: 1st December
- Contract: Until May 2027, with the option to swap out beforehand if you find a replacement (landlord is very chill!)
- Location: Just off Balham High Road (near the Devonshire pub), 10 minutes (max) to both Balham and Clapham South stations

Looking for working professionals 27 yrs or over, sociable and keen to keep the flat tidy, ideally who works in the office 3 days a week (limited WHF space in shared areas).
