Hey! Our lovely housemate Beth is moving in with her boyfriend, so we’re on the hunt for someone great to join our awesome home in central Balham. It’s a 4-bed, 4-bathroom house with a garden, and we absolutely love living here – we’re hoping to find someone who’ll feel the same!

The Room:
• A semi-furnished en-suite on the first floor
• Comes with a bed with pullout drawers for additional storage, a mattress and a clothes rail
• Space for a desk and chest of drawers (as shown in the pictures)

The House:
• The living area at the front is perfect for relaxing, and we’ve got a big open-plan kitchen/diner at the back with bi-fold doors that open out into the garden.
• There is another bathroom with a bath shared between Charlie and Bethan and the final room is also an en-suite
• The garden is amazing in summer – there’s a BBQ, outdoor furniture, and space for bikes.

About Us:
You’ll be living with:
• Charlie (30) – settling into a new Chief of Staff position after travelling- hugely into golf and the gym.
• Tom (27) – works in financial software, enjoys exploring new places and loves football and running.
• Bethan (27)– works in advertising, and loves the gym/ClassPass and trying new restaurants!

We’re a social, laidback group who enjoy spending time together – whether that’s BBQs in the garden, games nights (perudo, switch golf!), movie nights or heading to the pub. We’ve all become good friends and take real pride in the house, so we’re looking for someone who’ll fit in and feel right at home.

Key Info:
• Available from: 12th Jan
• Tenancy: Takeover from Beth, runs until January 2027 (with the option to renew)
• Bills: Around £130/month, including a cleaner every two weeks
• Location: 8-minute walk to the Northern Line at Balham
• Viewings: Afternoon of Sunday 9th November
