Friendly 4 bed flat, 10 minutes to Balham station

We live in a lovely four-bedroom duplex flat set over the top two floors of a Georgian townhouse. The flat is bright and homely, located on a quiet, safe residential street just a 10-minute walk from Balham Tube Station with local pubs, cafés, shops, and restaurants near by. We're also very close to Tooting Common - less than 5 minutes walk away!

🏡 The Property

The flat has a shared kitchen and dining area where we eat, chat, and watch the occasional netflix show. There’s a shared bathroom (with bath and shower) plus a separate toilet. One of the housemates has an ensuite, so you’d be sharing the bathroom toilet with two others. There’s also a bit of extra storage space in the house as well.

👭 The Housemates

You’ll be sharing with three women aged 29–33, all working full-time in various professional roles. We’re a relaxed and friendly household - we often have a chat over dinner or in the kitchen, but everyone also has their own friends and social lives outside the house as well.

We’ve got a nice balance between being social and respecting each other’s space. There’s no preference on whether you work from home or the office - we all do a mix of both.

The available room is a bright, garden-facing double bedroom — medium-sized with plenty of natural light. It comes furnished with a wardrobe and has space for a desk if you’d like to work from home.

The room will be available from 27 November. Rent is £700 pcm and bills come to around £85 - £90 pcm.
