We are looking for a housemate to fill a cosy double room in our Balham house.
One of our current housemates is leaving to move in with her boyfriend in March, so we are looking for a friendly, professional new house mate who is clean and tidy and respectful of other people's schedules.
You will be living with three other girls all between 28-32. We have a shared living room, kitchen and small garden.
The house is furnished.
Room is partly-furnished.
