Double room next to Balham Station!!💗

Hi girlies!!
I will be moving out end of November (move in date 1st dec) so there is a spare room going in our flat in Balham, right outside the tube station!💗
The room is small but cosy and does fit a surprising amount in! I currently have my clothing rail outside the room, under the stairs, so can fit a wardrobe there if needed! It comes with the bed mattress, chest of draws and desk included. We have a lovely living room, good size kitchen with endless storage space and 2 bathrooms between 4 girls.
You'd be sharing with Hatty (international education operations), Abi ( works in accountancy) and Beth (who will be moving out end of December). We have a range of hobbies and love brunches, Thursday evening swims, Sunday arvo walks, movie nights and endless scrolling on Facebook marketplace for new furniture/lamps/rugs/art for the flat (Hatty)
Rent is £700 with bills coming in around £80/ month which is an ABSOLUTE STEAL for this area!!! The landlord is sooooo super chill and just wants us to make a house a home and look after the flat, so we have a lot of freedom to do what we like and make it ours.🥳
The lease renews in march and will be taken over by a new landlord so there may be a slight increase in price from march onwards.
