🛌 bedroom is furnished with bed, built in wardrobe and mirror. (desk and bedside are not included). it is a 3 bedroom flat with a separate kitchen and living space and has 2 bathrooms, you will be sharing a bathroom with 1 other person

📍The flat is in a great location about 8 minute walk to Balham station (northern tube line and the southern national rail)!

we are off balham high street with great pubs, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance! Sainsburys, Aldi and Waitrose are all within 5 min walk, as well as boots, superdrug and tk maxx! We are also within walking distance to clapham and tooting common 🌳

flatmates: you will be living with aussie couple Pat and Alexia, and Chris (british) who are all working professionals aged 27. The flat is a very social household so we are looking for someone who is keen to hangout and have a drink at the pub, but who also values each others personal space.
