HI! I’m looking for someone to take over the last 6 months of my lease as I’m moving in with some friends. You’ll be living with a lovely fun couple. There is a potential to renew the lease at the end of tenancy when they move out.

Some details about the house:
- 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (only one has a shower/bath)
- Open-plan living room/kitchen
- Front garden and balcony
- Located 1 min walk away from Balham underground and overground station
- Comes with a washing machine and dishwasher
- Located near Balham high street, close to many grocery stores, cafes, bars
-Privately gated

About the flatmates:
- She’s 30 years old from South Africa and works in marketing. He's 31 years old and works in a fashion studio.

- They are a friendly couple and would love a social person to move in. They understand living with a couple doesn't sound ideal, but are really respectful and will give you your own space, but would also love to be friends!
- He is an AMAZING cook so they’d love to do dinners together whenever you want
- More perks: he takes out the trash, mows the lawn, and can fix literally anything around the house
- They keep a clean house and love socializing, so have no problem if you want to have friends over. As much as they enjoy hosting, they also love quiet nights in (they give great recommendations of things to watch) and will be mindful of your schedule if you want a quiet night in/need some privacy.

About the room: It comes with a king-size bed, one chests of drawers, and a built in wardrobe. There is space for a desk if you want (current one doesn’t come with the room but could be open to selling).
