HI! I’m looking for someone to take over the last 6 months of my lease as I’m moving North East with some friends. You’ll be living with a lovely fun couple. There is a potential to renew the lease at the end of tenancy when they move out.

A couple would be welcome but the rent would be £1300

- Comes with a washing machine and dishwasher
- Located near Balham high street, close to many grocery stores, cafes, bars
-Privately gated

About the flatmates:
- She’s 30 years old from South Africa and works in marketing. He's 31 years old and works in a fashion studio.

About the room: It comes with a king-size bed, one chests of drawers, and a built in wardrobe. There is space for a desk if you want (current one doesn’t come with the room but could be open to selling).
