Looking for a female housemate to join our flat. My friend and I are looking for someone to join our flat in Balham hill. We are sociable 22 year old girls who love a cosy night in watching the traitors or a cheeky cider at the pub. We’re looking for someone to join our three bedroom, one bathroom, flat (aged from 21-26). We currently have it under offer so please let me know if you’re interested as soon as possible. We need to do our referencing checks for the property (employment, salary etc). The property has had other offers so we want to make sure we can secure it.
