Hi! We’re Ellen and Ana and we are looking for a new flatmate as our lovely current flatmate is leaving us to buy a place!!
Our cosy home has a room available from the 1st Feb 2026 (Flexible from Early Jan too), and we need to find someone before Xmas!
The flat is approximately 2 min walk from Tooting Common and a 10 min walk from Balham station where you will also find Sainsbury's, Aldi, Boots and basically anything else you could ever need!!
The flat has three bedrooms and study - you would get one of the rooms and the study! We also have a cute garden out the back which is lovely for BBQs/hanging out on a nice summer eve ☀️
We’re keen to find a girl of a similar age (26-29) who is looking for a house to make a home!!
We both work in the city - Ana works in data for a beverages company and I am a climate consultant! Outside of work we are very sociable and have been known to enjoy a few tequilas in our time, but are also very comfortable doing our own things. We have our own friend groups but hang out together a lot, and would love for someone to join our yaps on the couch!! Ana regularly play tennis and loves an European city break, I can be found either at the gym, cooking or hanging out with friends, and we both probably do more online shopping than we care to admit 🛍️
The rent is £866 per month, bills are approx £120 and you will be signing into a 1 year lease (TBC on the renters rights bill changes) but we’d love if you’re looking for somewhere to stay for 1-2 years!! And the deposit is roughly £800.
