Lovely Double Bedroom in the heart of Balham

Hi everyone!

We have a DOUBLE BEDROOM available in a three-bedroom top/second floor flat located in a quiet close just 5 minutes away from BALHAM Station and a stone's throw from the centre of town. We are looking for a female working professional who would enjoy sharing a house with very friendly and considerate flatmates.

We are looking for someone to move into our lovely flat from January 1st / mid-January.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, drawers. (sofa and tv not included)

There is no separate living room but there is space for a small sofa in the room if preferred ( not included) and the kitchen is large with lots of storage, a fridge/freezer, dining table, washing machine, so we normally hang out there! We are both very busy and do our own thing but happy to have a chat and a drink together from time to time.

The flat has lots of storage with three inbuilt cupboards in the hallway and wooden flooring throughout. The toilet is separate from the bathroom which is very handy if someone is in the shower, especially in the morning!

5 MINUTES WALKING distance to Balham Station - Northern Line for quick access to central London and National Rail services to Clapham Junction and Victoria. Tooting Bec, Wandsworth and Clapham Commons are all within 20 minutes walk away, so there is plenty of green space nearby.

BILLS INCLUDED in the total monthly rent cost and is a rare steal for the location.
Note: there is a £50 one-time admin fee to the agency once we move ahead.

You would be sharing with 2 working professionals, two females aged 26 and 27. Abbie is a project coordinator and Abby works in retail. We are very friendly and tidy; our flat is a home, so we always keep it very clean. And that's very important to us!

We will be looking to organise flat viewings w/c 10th Nov and are happy to answer any questions you might have about the listing.
