Room is a spacious double room with built in wardrobe and storage. The room come comes with a bed, mattress, side stable and drawers, with some others bits to be purchased from the existing flat mate if interested!

The flat has a lovely, bright lounge, modern kitchen and a balcony too.

The flat is between between South Clapham and Balham tube stations (both less than 15 min walk). There are multiple bus routes, the 255 is 2 mins away, other buses around 5min walk towards Clapham North/Stockwell/Brixton. Its ex-social housing and the area feels incredibly safe. It’s a 15 min walk to Clapham Common and less than 10 min walk to Tooting common.

The two current flatmates are both 26-28 years old girl’s, and we’re looking for likeminded girls around 26-31 who are super chilled and will treat the flat like home. We’re both very sporty and active, often busy doing our own things, and like to keep the flat a very chilled space.

The ideal would be for the flat to remain as a relaxing place to unwind, chill and yap about our days in the evenings.

Eden is a nurse and I work for a climate non-profit. Because I work from home frequently, we’re ideally looking for someone who doesn’t work from home.
