2 double bedrooms in balham!

Hi!! We’ve got two double rooms becoming available in our Balham house from December until the end of Feb. It’ll be a sublet until our tenancy ends, but there is the option to renew if you’d like, you’d just need to fill the other two rooms as the current girls are moving out.

We have loved living here and only moving out as one of the girls is moving in with her bf and I am moving to east London!

Location:
• 12–15 min walk to Balham Station
• 5 min to Tooting Common

The Rooms:
• Smaller double: £890 + bills (usually around £90)
• Larger double: £1060 + bills
We’re open to a couple for the larger room but the rent would increase slightly.

The House:
It’s a big 4-bedroom maisonette with two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, lounge and garden. You’d be living with two Australian girls (26), we met on gals who rent and have become great friends, they are social and really easy to live with! Both are teachers, so the house suits someone who WFHs too.
