Subletting my room, contract ends 4th Feb, looking for £800-700 for the 25 day period 10th Jan-3rd Feb
I am looking to get someone to fill the room asap. Not considering people who wish to rent the room from February onwards.
I am looking for someone to sublet my room for the remainder of my contract after that you can take over the contract in your name if you would like. Happy to negotiate on price for the sublet.
If you wish to take over the contract in February (only after subletting the last month of my contract). The price will be £1288 which includes bills.
£150 Council tax one off contribution if you take over the contract in Feb.
You will be taking over the final month of my contract which ends 4th February. After that the contract will renew in your name if you would like.
