This is for our bright, spacious 3-bed, 2-bath house in Balham. It’s an independent but social home — everyone has their own life, but we love a natter in the kitchen or a Netflix wind-down together.

You’re an 8-minute walk to Balham Station, with a lovely common literally on your doorstep — perfect for morning walks, a run, or just escaping with a coffee ☕🌳

🛏 The Room:
A double, sharing a bathroom with just one other. Its a great size and loads of room. I’m happy to include everything for a price we can discuss if you want it! 🛋️

👭 Housemates:
You’ll be living with Grace and Jess — two friendly, easy-going professionals who are always up for a catch-up, a Netflix binge, or a glass of wine when the week calls for it 🍷😌

📦 Move-in:
Ideal move-in is late December, but I can be flexible if you need earlier or later — just let me know! 💫 I can move from now

💸 Rent:
Approx £1,170 per month (excluding bills)
Council Tax Band D
