We’re looking for someone to replace our current housemate (who is moving out to buy). The room is £940 per month excluding bills (normally £116) and the deposit is around £1036.
About the location: A 5 bed terraced house in Balham, just a 3 min walk from the high-street and 7 min walk from Balham tube (Northern Line & overground)!
About the house: it’s a furnished double room with a big window looking out onto the beautiful (and huge) garden. There’s a large shared living space with a kitchen, dining area and living room perfect for entertaining or just chilling in :)
About us: three girls and one boy ages 24-28. We’re all young professionals working in law, tech and architecture. Love to spend time together but also respect each other’s space, we’re hoping to keep the house friendly so it would be great to a find someone who’s looking to make friends not just housemates.
Ideally we’d like a boy to fill the room to keep the balance but we’re happy to consider anyone we think we’d get on with!
