Big Double Room + Separate Office in Balham

I’m moving out of my current room in this great 2-bedroom flat I’ve been sharing with my mate.

It’s a spacious double room in a modern, well-kept flat in Balham, and it comes with a separate office room that’s all yours. The flat is in a quiet neighbourhood with Tooting Common right outside and Balham Tube just a short walk away. There are plenty of cafés, shops, gyms, and pubs nearby.

You’d be living with Mark, who’s easygoing, sociable, and very active. He’s a triathlete and often trains for Ironman events, so he’s usually out running, cycling, or at the gym. He enjoys cooking, travelling, rugby, and the occasional movie or pub night. He’s clean, respectful, great company, and very chilled to live with.

We’re hoping for someone who is:
• Clean and respectful of shared spaces
• A working professional
• Social and happy to hang out from time to time whether that’s cooking dinner, watching a film, or grabbing a beer at the local pub
• Someone who values a relaxed, homely atmosphere

Rent & Bills
• Rent: £1,200 pcm
• Bills: £145 pcm (all in)

Move-In
• Ideally 27th December, but flexible
• References required by the landlord (pretty standard, more of a formality)
