Renting Double Room In Balham

Looking for someone to fill my double bedroom in our ground floor flat in Balham as I am moving out to live with family. The flat is super cosy, has high ceilings and we also have our own driveway and private garden!

The room is available from December 8th however I am open to discussing move in date for the right fit in the flat.

You’ll be living (and sharing a bathroom) with Hannah, 28 and has grown up in London, she loves the local area- going out with my friends but equally chilling and watching tv. You’ll also be living with Callum, who’s 26 and from New Zealand, he works in Insurance and loves to play sport and watch a film or two! I can personally vouch for the lovely chilled and social vibe of the flat. The perfect balance of relaxed with fun- evening chats and tv or the odd pub trip were a regular feature of living together.

We’re looking for someone around the same age who is fun to hang out with and also respectful of our shared spaces etc! No couples pls.

The room will be £820 a month + bills, these normally come to around £100 a month. We’re also Council Tax band C.

There may also an option to buy the bed and mattress off the current flatmate if you’d like, the room also has built in wardrobes!

We’re right in the middle of Clapham South and Balham station on a quiet residential street, lots of supermarkets and parks nearby.
