We got a room available to rent in our house which is located 10/15mins walk from both Clapham South/Balham station. Available from mid January 2026.

The house has a decent sized garden (will be looking more snazzy during spring/ summer⛱️☀️), big living room, kitchen and two bathrooms (you will be sharing the 1st floor one with 2 others).

We are a mixed house of 4 (1 boy, 3 girls). Mixed professionals ranging from 24-26. All friendly, clean and sociable. We enjoy doing things together but also we all have our respective groups/ lifes! 🕺🏻

Rent is £850.50pcm excluding bills. Which usually are around £81pcm + the water bill which comes every 6 months approx £79pp

Deposit around £765 (TBC)
