Location:
- Under 5 min walk to Balham underground (Northern line) and overground
- Under 5 min walk to Balham high street, with all the shops (sainsburys, aldi, waitrose), pubs, cafes and gyms
- 2 min walk to a big Sainsbury's
- Balham is the nicest area I've ever lived in, you're a 10 min walk from Tooting common and close to Clapham and Wandsworth commons
- The flat is on a no through road so it's very quiet despite the central location

Housemates:
- You'd be living with a woman and two guys, mid 20s-early 30s. Looking for another woman to keep the balance. They're all lovely and welcoming, clean and tidy
- There's one bathroom but we've never had problems

The room:
- The room is tiny, hence the unbelievably cheap rent, but it does have a surprising amount of storage (under the bed, big wardrobe, drawers, plus storage just outside the room). All my stuff will be gone too. The size isn't for everyone, but I've lived here happily for two years.
