Mon-Fri double room to let on Endlesham Road

Looking to welcome a flatmate into a newly redecorated garden flat. I work at Bristol largely during the week so you would have the flat to yourself for some of the week. I am looking for a friendly, trustworthy professional.

Room to let is a small double bedroom. Free-standing wardrobe and cupboard for clothes. The bathroom is a few steps down the hall and has a fitted shower. The other bedroom has its own shower room.

Kitchen is roomy. Table for 6 or 8. Large fridge/freezer, plenty of storage. Washer/dryer and dishwasher. Living room has two sofas and two armchairs.

The flat is on Endlesham Road towards the Nightingale Lane end, 10 mins walk from Balham tube or 12 mins walk from Clapham South. The Nightingale Pub, Balham restaurants and leafy Clapham Common are all within easy walking distance.

At Clapham South, there is a M&S, Tesco and Sainsbury's Local. Just round the corner from the flat is a bakery and the Nightingale Pub. At Balham, there is Waitrose, Sainsbury's and plenty of great pubs and restaurants. The walk home from either tube station is busy and well-lit. The flat is secure and has an intruder alarm. The bedroom to let is away from the road and the bedroom doors are both fitted with locks.

There is plenty of space (80 sq metres). I am often away and am looking for a like-minded, trustworthy professional (banker / solicitor etc.) Mon-Fri let only, nil home working please.

Council tax band C, split 50/50. Bills split 50/50.
