Gorgeous 4 bedroom house looking for new housemate

Heyy gals - We’re looking for a 4th girl to join us in our house in Balham 👭🏼

We’re 3 girls looking for 1 housemate to join us. The room available is £1300pm bills are £80-100pm. The move in date will be mid Jan.

It’s a gorgeous, spacious 5 bed house (only allowed 4 tenants so we have a spare dressing/guest room) with has a beautiful garden and on street parking.

📍 8-minute walk to Balham or Clapham South stations
🚇 Excellent transport links, cafes, gyms and shops nearby

A bit about us:

Millie Owen - I’m 25 years old, working in film and TV. I like to keep active, going to the gym and running. Im a big foodie and love going for drinks with the gals and spending time with my friends.

Tori - I’m 27, working in property. I’m super sociable, love a trip to the pub, brunch/dinner/drinks, but also catch me loving a cosy night on the sofa. I play netball and squash. (I cannot run to save my life, so if you can coach me, that would be a bonus)

Megan - 25, working in HR. Likes reading, Pilates and a trip to the pub. New (ish) to London so keen to explore new areas and restaurants.

We look after our house and would love someone who is clean and tidy and wants to make it a home 💖. We’re hoping to find someone who is keen to host dinner parties with us and join us at the pub.
