The house is really modern, with 2 lounges, an open plan kitchen and an office (plus an 86’ TV and dart board 🤪). The house has a main garden with a hot tub and garden furniture, and a separate patio off the kitchen.
The house is a 3 minute walk to Balham station which has both a tube and train. Also across the road from a big Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Aldi, and lots of nice pubs and restaurants.
You’ll be living with 3 guys, aged between 24 and 30. We all hang out in the house and go to the pub to watch sport etc, but also appreciate our own space. Despite being 4 boys, we keep the house clean and tidy! The boys all have a mixture of WFH and in the office during the week.
