We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely flat in Balham, as our current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend.

* £1,000 pcm + bills (Council Tax band D)
* 2 bathrooms
* Private garden (perfect in summer)
* Tenancy runs until July, with the option to extend�

* Around 24th January (slightly flexible)�

�You’ll be living with Beth Cornish who’s a doctor, and Lou who works in financial events. We are both 26 and been friends since school.
