Refurbished bathroom and kitchen since covid (all integrated appliances oven, micro-combi, fridge freezer, dishwasher).
Two large storage cupboards in hallway (one housing the washing machine purchased 2025).
No lift access - on first floor. No balcony.
Parking available for residents only at rear.
Lovely 35F professional housemate in smaller double room who’s lived here since 2019.
All bills inc in the rent.
Looking for the right professional person who wants a short term let - male or female!
No pets. No smoking indoors.
I have my mattress under the bed for storage until I return in June.
