Open to short term lets to a maximum of a year length. We’ve got a large room available in our 3 bedroom apartment as our current housemate is moving out to live with his girlfriend.
The room comes with lots of storage, a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and an ottoman bed that opens up.

This is a relaxed, tidy home and we’re looking for someone who wants a place that feels settled.


Bills are already included in the price.

The kitchen and bathroom are recently renovated with great shower pressure and reliable hot water.

Situated right next to Wandsworth Common and Clapham Common, great for running and walking. Close to Bellevue Road and Northcote Road with plenty of cafés, shops, and places to eat.

We are 32(Joe) and 31(Aine) years old, a couple both originally from Ireland and living in London 8 years. We are both software engineers with an active lifestyle.
