Balham Room

Cozy bedroom with a double bed preferably for a single individual with a built in wardrobe and space for a desk (Current desk doesn't come with the room not the bed side table).
It’s a clean, warm, calm and friendly area with loads of green spaces.
My housemates are the dream team: high-functioning, thoughtful, and just the right mix of playful. Our home feels like a balance between a warm hug and a tidy Pinterest board. Both work full time and are well into their 20s.

In terms of location is right in between Streatham and Balham station with a conviniente bus stop right by the door.

We are looking for someone who is tidy and has a well stablished routine and would be a nice addition to the house.
