Double room, flexible weekday let (2-5 nights p/w)

Hi! I’m 29 and work full-time, living in a lovely, clean 2-bed flat, and I’m looking for a friendly weekday lodger to rent my spare room.

I’m really open on flexibility, whether you’re looking for just 2 nights a week or up to Monday-Friday, I’m happy to chat and see what works best for both of us. The flat would suit someone who works locally during the week and wants a comfortable, relaxed place to stay rather than a full-time home.

I’m sociable and easy-going and enjoy a good chat in the evenings, but I also really value a calm, tidy space where we can both unwind and do our own thing! The flat has a cosy homely feel and is well looked after.
