2 Large Bright Double Rooms in Balham

Hey everyone,

Unfortunately my two lovely housemates have decided to move home at the end of our current tenancy to save money. I would love to stay in the flat if possible and because of that, I am in need to two new people to renew the tenancy with me. The new tenancy agreement will start from the 1st of March, and will move to rolling from May with the start of the renters rights bill.

This flat has always felt like a home and I would love to find people that will continue to make it feel that way! Looking for people that are the usual tidy and respectful, up for pub or movie night whilst also being independent. Definitely want a good house dynamic of being friends rather than strangers.

A bit about me: I’m a 27 year old Aussie and have been living over here for about 2.5 years. I work in advertising as a project manager. I love live music and DJ gigs, spin classes, reading, formula 1, travelling, pub quizzes, and wine nights.

🏡 The flat is homely and bright, and really really well located in the heart of Balham.
•⁠ ⁠Balham station (Northern Line & Train): 5 min walk
•⁠ ⁠Big Sainsbury’s, Big Waitrose and Aldi local: 5 min walk

🛏️ Room 1 & 2: £990 a month each
•⁠ ⁠Both rooms are exactly the same size, and are big double rooms.
•⁠ ⁠Both include a bed frame, bedside table, chest of drawers, and wardrobe.

Bills average out at £126 a month (including Wandsworth council tax, utilities, tv license, internet etc.) and you will also need to pass referencing.
