Garden-View Room in Balham - Mansion-Style Flat

Hello!

I am leaving London mid-February so my room is becoming available in our lovely large Mansion-style flat in Balham.

The room has a large double bed, wardrobe, a mirror, bedside tables and can possible include the small desk, desk chair, and bookcase. There is plenty of storage room under the bed. The window faces West so you get sunshine in the room all day.

The flat has a large front living room with three main windows. Lots of natural light, three sofas, a fireplace, and large TV. There is an also a dining table for meals. The kitchen is a good size for four people with all the amenities and appliance you'd need. There are two bathrooms in the flat, you'd share with one other person. There is also a large courtyard garden behind that is shared amongst the mansion flats.

Location:
The flat is just a 5-8 minute walk (depending how fast you walk) to the Balham Northern Line and Balham railway station. It's a very convenient commute into central. The highstreet has all the shops one would need including an Aldi, Sainsburys, and Waitrose, as well as a plethora of very good pubs, bakeries and restaurants. Balham does feel like a small village in the best way possible.

Flatmates:
The other three flatmates you'd be living with are Sion (25), Niall (31), and Jack (28) who are all professionals working in and around London. They enjoy being social in the flat, having communal meals, watching TV, and heading to the nearby pubs.

The rent is £950 a month. The deposit is £1000. Utilities are not included. Council Tax band E.
