Large room available in a social and friendly 7 bed house, halfway between Clapham South and Balham station! Comes fully furnished with TV, couch, bed, desk, wardrobes etc.

Rent comes to £1288 on a 6 month tenancy agreement with option to extend, and includes all bills, tax, weekly cleaner (of communal spaces), and the house gets a £50 allowance per month to spend on necessities like cleaning, bathroom, and kitchen supplies. Your first and last months rent will need to be paid at the start of the tenancy , as is one-off council tax contribution of £150.

You’d be taking over my room and tenancy while I move to another room in the same house. Currently we have good split of 4 guys and 3 girls, with one of the girls moving out. We’re all in our mid 20s and enjoy nights out, nights in, and chilling together but also have our own things going on, all very easygoing and fun.

Looking for someone laidback, around a similar age who fits the vibe of the house and is keen to get involved in a pub trip, movie night, or a bit of social sport if they’re up to it!
Big house, but there’s plenty of space and amenities and you never really feel like you’re stepping on toes.

Ideal location where you're 10 minutes from Clapham common, 10 minutes from Clapham south underground and Balham overground transport links, you have three big supermarkets nearby, and you can practically roll into bed from the Avalon / Hagen & Hyde / Bedford if the night gets away from us! we’ve got a large patio out back which is great for a summer bbq and a decently sized lounge for chilling on a quiet weekend in.
