Bright double room in Balham flat share

Hello!

We’re looking for someone to take the room available in our friendly, easy-going flat as our fab current flatmate Katie excitingly moves into to her own flat. The ground-floor flat is conveniently located between Clapham South, Wandsworth Common and Balham on a quiet residential street. There’s a separate kitchen, living room and garden.

The room: Decently sized with space for a desk. The room includes the large wardrobe and the current occupier is willing to sell the mattress and leave the bed and bookcase. Bills come to around £170 a month including a fortnightly cleaner.

About us: Mhairi and I have lived in the flat for 2 years and were both spare roomers. We work for a law firm and record label and are in our early 30s. We’re both hybrid workers so are in the office part of the week. We love cooking, catching up over a wine and watching the Traitors but also value our own space and social lives. We’d be looking for a female flatmate who values the same and treats the flat like their home.
